We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator who has a positive, infectious attitude. Well organized, motivated with previous scheduling knowledge/experience in Services Scheduling. This job description is a guideline and may not include all aspects of the role.The Scheduling Coordinator is a Fulltime position responsible for scheduling and coordinating our service team
RESPONSIBILITIES:
_
- Creating, coordinating and releasing schedules for our service team.
- Ensure attention to key metrics are considered when scheduling.
- Work with leadership and Staff to ensure appropriate time is allocated to jobs.
- Effective communication across all lines of business on matters pertaining to all aspects of scheduling.
- Ensure all jobs are confirmed with customers before dispatching staff.
- Update and maintain all areas of the scheduling software system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Create schedules weeks in advance, ensuring all predefined variables are factored into building the most efficient schedule as possible.
- Update and maintain system of record for tracking key metrics.
- Work closely with the clients and internal teams to ensure our work is completed in a timely and mistake free manner. Looking for a "one stop shop" approach to service.
- Follow up on open jobs to ensure work is moving forward as efficiently as possible.
- Administer and update all aspects involving scheduling in our ERP and supporting software.
- Work with leadership to provide updates and resolve complex problems.
- Provide scheduling updates as appropriate.
- Systems and software: Once trained, understand and manage our scheduling and supporting systems.
- Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND CHARACTERISTICS:_
- Time management, organizational and scheduling skills are a must.
- Strong attention to detail and record keeping.
- Able to process documentation and understand completeness, formatting and consistency.
- Good people skills within all levels of the organization.
- Team Player with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 1 yr. experience in work planning, scheduling, dispatching and/or redeployment type roles (preferred in service Industries).
- Ability to prioritize, time management, professional communication and teamwork are all necessary skills for success in this role.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
