Skills and Requirements:
- Ability to work night shifts
- Great problemsolving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, communication, and relationship management skills
- Advanced computer literacy
- Exceptional communication and report writing skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Ability to multitask and work in a facepaced environment
- While a security guard license isn't mandatory it would be an asset
- Previous experience monitoring CCTV and conducting similar duties would be an asset
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine safety checks will all night staff
- Monitor CCTV
- Dispatch a supervisor or mobile personnel to alarm responses or site related issues
- Assist with scheduling
- Review submitted reports and approve or deny depending on quality
- Conduct audits of fleet and equipment
- Proactively identify and resolve potential concerns/failures in service
- Take initiative to always improve and ensure total customer satisfaction
- Go the extra mile to ensure 24/7 client satisfaction
Salary:
$17.50-$18.50 per hour
