This is a
part-time supervisor role in our
Vancouver - Kitsilano retail store, reporting to the Store Manager

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Supervise daily operations and guest experience. Ensure store metrics align with core values. Support training, code of conduct, and policies.

Responsibilities include:

Managing daytoday operations
Assisting customers through education and demonstrations
Embodying brand and values
Handling retail transactions
Stocking products and helping with deliveries
Maintaining clean store appearance
Collaborating for a positive guest shopping experience

Requirements for this role:

Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset
Patience, kindness, and dependability
Quick and actionoriented
Continuous learning, including learning new technology
Passionate about sustainability and the outdoors
Flexible with schedules that may shift based on season and business needs
Prior retail/guest service experience preferred
