Job Description:


As the Human Resources Department Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and support the various operational functions and processes within the department.


About the Role:


  • Provide administrative support to CHRO including calendar management, expense reporting, travel planning, and coordination of presentation materials
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities
  • Prepare a variety of correspondence, reports and charts as needed by the department
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining meeting materials, business presentations and other department files
  • Receive incoming mail for the department, taking notice of required actions and due dates to ensure timeliness of response and required actions
  • Coordinate logistics of departmental meetings, special projects, and events
  • Support onboarding processes across the corporate HR and HR Shared Services team
  • Work closely with the department on various projects requiring administrative support
  • Any additional duties as assigned

About You:


  • 2+ years of administrative/coordinator experience
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment with a high degree of change and ambiguity; able to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize
  • Exceptional attention to detail and committed to a high degree of accuracy
  • A clear and succinct communicator (verbal and written); excellent listening skills
  • Excellent grammar, business letter and report writing skills
  • Ability to organize moderate amounts of business information and develop it into cohesive, professional reports and presentations
  • A team player with a positive, cando attitude
  • Understand and maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Embrace continuous improvement by proposing new and/or better ways of doing things
  • Excellent technical ability (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
