Primary Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing marketing projects, and firm event management including student/lawyer/client seminars and presentations, and corporate functions.
- Update marketing collateral (i.e. social media, website, advertisements, invitations, presentations, brochures, announcements, lawyer profiles etc.).
- Help coordinate all facets of internal and external professional development programs and provide reporting and information as needed to lawyers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills: the ability to function well under pressure; handle a high volume, fast pace and multiple assignments without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
- Meticulously detail oriented excellent spelling, grammar and proofreading skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate in a professional, mature and courteous manner.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Photoshop.
