This role is eligible for our remote work program.

The Epic Human we are looking for will:
Support effective sales management practices as part of the regional, potential branch and corporate teams.

Assist Relationship Managers with day-to-day administration support.

Answer enquires both in person and on the telephone probing for cross service opportunities.

As part of Business Banking team, participate in promotion and campaigns to build Libro's brand within the community.

Accountable for the timely collection of Owner information required to complete annual reviews including direct communication with Owners, accountants, lawyers etc.

Prepare accurate and complete loan documents and maintain the files in an organized manner.

Manage monthly reports as applicable to your position and assigned by your supervisor.

Strong service quality experience with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Experience in customer service

Qualifications Required

A College Diploma with a business and or finance focus.

Work experience of 3-5 years; Experience in a financial service environment would be beneficial.
