    I work on two types of recruitment:
    temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area.
    Our team of finance experts speaks your language and works in your environment. We cover the finance, accounting and payroll professions.
    I'm looking for a

    Financial Analyst:

    Reporting to the Finance leadership team and working closely with the accounting/finance department, the Financial Analyst plays a key role in the preparation of financial information, corporate tax compliance, and various financial reports within a multi-entity environment.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to the preparation of quarterly financial reports.
    • Perform financial statement and balance sheet analyses, and prepare corporate tax filings for assigned entities.
    • Assist in the preparation of yearend audit files for external auditors.
    • Perform bank reconciliations involving a variety of accounting transactions.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain accurate and uptodate financial data by identifying and explaining variances.
    • Provide financial support to managers on various analytical and operational matters.
    • Maintain and document the structure of the current consolidation system.
    • Participate in financial system implementation and optimization projects.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement and documentation of financial processes.
    • Perform other related duties as required.
    Your profile

    • University degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
    • CPA designation considered an asset.
    • Strong interest in taxation.
    • Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a similar role or within a public accounting firm.
    • Demonstrated initiative and autonomy.
    • High level of integrity, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
    • Ability to demonstrate leadership and work effectively in a team environment.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, lookup tools).
    • Creative, innovative, and confident mindset.
    • Ability to challenge the status quo and contribute to process improvement.
    • Full professional proficiency in French and functional knowledge of English.
