- Provides desktop support for users both onsite and remotely;
- Performs IT equipment provisioning and user onboarding;
- Microsoft Active Directory and Azure/Entra user administration;
- O365 Exchange user administration;
- Troubleshooting various network and VPN issues;
- Works with other departments and vendors on IT related projects; and
- Completes other relevant duties and projects as assigned.
- Two or four-year degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.
- 3 – 5 years of proven working experience in the IT industry.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Azure/Entra.
- Knowledge of structured cabling.
- Problem solving and root-cause determination skills.
- Knowledge of internet protocol and networking principles.
- Knowledge of managed switches and UTM Firewalls.
- Must have a valid drivers' license.
- Must be flexible to work remotely and travel to location as required.
- Must be flexible to take afterhours calls.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a larger team.
- Experience with VMware virtual infrastructure;
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud computing;
- Experience with the installation, troubleshooting and servicing of camera security systems;
- Experience with installation, troubleshooting and servicing network cabling; and
- Experience with HMI/PLC production automation.
- A high performer who is strongly motivated to meet deadlines;
- Excellent interpersonal skills including strong communication both orally and written with the ability to build relationships;
- A strong team player;
- Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines with strong organization skills; and
- Ability to learn, adapt to change and be flexible in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.

About Source Energy Services:
Source Energy Services is a logistics and oilfield services company that focuses on the integrated production and distribution of high quality frac sand, as well as the distribution of other bulk oil and gas well completion materials requested by customers. Source provides its customers with a full end-to-end solution for frac sand supported by its Wisconsin and Peace River mines and processing facilities, its Western Canadian terminal network, its "last mile" logistics capabilities and Sahara, a proprietary well site mobile sand storage and handling system.
Source's full-service approach allows customers to rely on its logistics platform to increase reliability of supply and to ensure the timely delivery of frac sand and other bulk completion materials at the well site .
