- Assuming full ownership of brand management across VCNA, curating brand architecture, guidelines, and ensuring consistent representation across all platforms and interactions to fortify brand integrity and recognition
- Devising and implementing integrated communication blueprints designed to effectively engage target demographics across VCNA's diverse business units, and foster enduring connections with our brand ethos, tailored to the unique characteristics and objectives of each business unit.
- Cultivating and nurturing robust relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers across VCNA's various business sectors to secure favorable press coverage and deftly manage crisis communication scenarios with professionalism and efficiency, while also leveraging sector-specific opportunities and channels.
- Orchestrating the creation of captivating and impactful content across diverse mediums, including digital, print, social media, and video, to authentically articulate our brand narrative and captivate audiences within the distinct contexts of each business unit within VCNA.
- Crafting strategies to streamline internal communication channels across VCNA's multiple business units, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational values, objectives, and initiatives, while nurturing a culture of engagement and cohesion among team members spanning different sectors.
- Providing strategic leadership and mentorship to the branding and communications teams across VCNA's various business units, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment conducive to achieving exceptional outcomes and driving continuous improvement in branding and communication efforts across the organization.
- Conducting rigorous analysis of key performance metrics to gauge the efficacy of branding and communication endeavors across VCNA's multiple business sectors, leveraging insights to refine strategies and propel future initiatives with precision and sector-specific relevance.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (10 years) in a senior branding or communications role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and communication techniques.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and creativity.
- Proficiency in leveraging digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics for campaign optimization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Travel will be required (30%+) and will include international travel
