Responsabilities

Payable

  • Review and approve supplier invoices;
  • Prepare accounts payable (codify and enter them);
  • Prepare various accounts payable reports;
  • Prepare payments (cheques, transfers, credit cards);
Consolidate credit card spend


General

  • Respond to the needs of Project Managers;
  • Create purchase orders;
  • Followup of the list of supplier invoices;
  • Scan documents to put on the server

Expertise & Experience

  • Diploma in accounting or AEC in accounting;
Bilingualism for business communications (French and English);

  • Very good communication skills, perfect command of French and English in writing;
Intermediate knowledge with Excel, the MS Office suite


Work schedule
The work schedule to be performed at the RCV office is 8 hours (between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.) with an hour for lunch between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. or as agreed or decided.

  • Hybrid schedule 3 days in office and 2 days from home
