- Develops and manages production schedules considering customer commitments, equipment, material supply and staff efficiency to ensure timely and cost-effective utilization of resources.

- Provides safety, quality, and production leadership for production staff, setting standards and ensures awareness of and compliance with company policies and all applicable employment, environmental, health and safety legislation.

- Education : University degree or Technology Institute diploma and/or relevant experience
- Experience : 6 to 8 years of experience in the technology industry with knowledge in the supply of system solutions to military customers.
- Skills : Proven ability to analyze and solve hardware and software problems; conscientious team player who pays attention to detail and possesses excellent oral and written communication skills; organized; ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize; ability to learn quickly in a high paced, challenging environment

In 1977, OSI introduced the first generation electronic chart system for the maritime market and revolutionized navigation. Over the years we have had many firsts. Today, OSI Maritime Systems is a leading provider of integrated navigation and tactical solutions designed for naval and maritime security operations. Among those solutions, the company develops and delivers integrated bridge systems for warships, integrated dived navigation systems for submarines, and C2 systems for small craft. Presently, 23 navies totaling more than 600 warships and submarines operate using OSI systems. Due to the nature of our company, all employees must pass specific security criteria.
