Ensuring all AE reporting, reconciliation, mandatory training, safety reporting, etc, are observed according to KPI.Assisting in performing such tasks such as quality control checks, report generation, research and training development.
Assisting management in resolving program related issues.
Communicating with management on administrative matters related to the programs.
Assisting in the preparation and coordination of documentation in response to scheduled and unscheduled reports, returns and observations to update management of program progress.
Constantly seeking out and presenting ideas around continuous improvement and optimizing performance across the programs, functionally and technically.Collecting necessary data to support reimbursement cases and ensuring that all avenues to obtain public/private reimbursement are explored.
Monitor the programs routinely and regularly to ensure optimal performance and alignment with program deliverables and objectives.
This role will seek to leverage data as an asset to understand complex and critical business problems, formulate integrated analytical insights to contribute solving unmet patient needs.
This role will be responsible for identifying and working directly with the different data sources, establishing the databases, and utilizing the data for analyzing and recommending improvements to the PSP operations.
As such this role will have access to all PSP related data and sources of information including internally and externally managed programs.
Access to platforms including but not limited to SalesForce (ePSP), SalesForce (Patient Connect), CRM/platforms of external partners.Ability to act as a liaison with vendors and other functional team members to meet project goals.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
English and French bilingualism is an asset (oral and written).
Undergraduate or graduate degree in a Science based program, with relative experience.
Nursing designation is an asset.
Understanding of research and development processes for Pharmaceutical products and medical devices.
Proficiency using computerized information systems, internet, Microsoft Office applications, and electronic spreadsheets is required.
