Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of technicians
Support hiring, training and development of new and existing team members
Provide quality pest control services for clients using integrated pest management techniques
Perform quality control and oversee reporting on key performance metrics
Manage customer service issues and support technicians to eliminate pest infestations
