_ KPIC Maintenance Services Inc. (a member of the FWS Group of Companies)__ specializing in industrial maintenance services, providing preventative and reactive solutions along with small project retrofits and expansions to our client's facilities primarily in grain handling, feed mill and food processing._

As our Planner / Estimator, you will work with our sales, engineering, and planning teams during the early stages of the project development.

Position Overview:

Work with the frontend proposal development team to
gather project specific criteria

:

-
Collaborate and help develop the preliminary design, budget and constructability plan for KPIC project solutions.

Assist in the development and
preparation of all proposal documents

Once project is confirmed, work with the Project Team to refine cost estimate, finalize plans & schedules, then assist with preparation of contractual documents.
Visit worksites to inspect work and gather data.

Qualifications Needed:

Experience with Industrial facilities and
all
associated material handling equipment
(conveyance, storage, etc)

Experience using
AutoCAD, Microsoft Office / Project, and other engineering design and project management software.
The ability to travel and a driver's license.
A clear communicator offering creative solutions while
managing tight deadlines and critical project details.
