About the Role:
As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our Marketing & Innovation team.

While your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain automated marketing processes and documentation, you will also have the opportunity to oversee the operational aspects of our department to ensure seamless processes, efficient technology utilization, and strategic optimization.

This role is IT-adjacent and could be an opportunity for someone looking to pivot from IT to Marketing and Communications strategy and digital transformation.

The role reports to the AVP, Digital Strategy, Enablement and MarTech Operations, but works closely with the Business Technology team and Information Delivery team, and will play a key role in the implementation of our strategy.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Support existing automated templates/components via Seismic's connectivity with our database
  • Maintain and update existing documentation to communicate technology standards and ensure consistent implementation/ongoing use.
  • Collaborate with the broader Marketing & Innovation team to review/assess processes to identify areas where technology can enhance efficiency.
  • Identify and implement new data sources that align with our growth objectives.
  • Determine and support points of integration between marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Develop and champion processes to ensure data accuracy.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Capability with SQL Server and data structure.
  • Capability with Microsoft 365, including Sharepoint Online
  • Proven experience with Quality Assurance.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Understanding of and experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Seismic, Pardot) and CRM systems.
  • Exposure to marketing operations, process optimization, and technology implementation.
  • A good teamplayer, able to balance priorities from different parts of the organization
  • Effective relationship builder
  • Ability to communicate clearly
