Windsor Arms Hotel, a luxury boutique hotel in Yorkville, is looking to hire an experienced Bartender.

Job Description:

Thoroughly and correctly set up the bar prior to opening; makes sure bar is clean before and at the end of shift according to operational policies and standards to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
Assist and approach all guests in a sincere, courteous and serviceoriented manner, and whenever possible, goes the extra mile to ensure total guest satisfaction.
Knowledgeable about all menu items and beverages served, their garnish, contents and preparation methods.
Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to guest inquiries with accurate information and a positive attitude
To take and know inventory at all times and requisition daily supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of bar to meet health and safety regulations and provide the best appearance possible

Minimum Qualifications for Bartender:

SMART Serve certified
Previous bartending experience in an upscale Hotel/Restaurant Bar
Displays phenomenal hospitality, friendliness, and comprehensive beverage knowledge
Demonstrates organizational & multitasking skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and meet high performance standards with mínimal supervision
Flexible availability days, nights, weekends, including holidays
Regular and reliable attendance
Polite and professional
