Warehouse Worker/Assembler
Do you enjoy working with your hands? Are you comfortable around and working with technology? Phenomenal - this may be the role for you You will be involved in duties related to order picking, packing, shipping and receiving, as well as setting up and assembling machines before shipping to our customers.
You will work with a great and supportive team out of our Calgary location and the hours of work are from
08:30AM to 4:30PM Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments in a timely manner, (i.e., check received stock against packing lists/receiving worksheets; place shipment into appropriate location and label)
- Prepare, pick and process outgoing in a timely manner
- Participate in inventory counts, and with any investigations pertaining to inventory discrepancies
- Process parts returns and organize inventory in various stock status
- Respond and actively connect with various business units to provide updates and support, including filing documents and preparing various shipping records for periodic audits
- Assist with machine preparation such as installing components, activating licences and wrapping the machines as needed before they are shipped to customers
- Assist with machine returned to the warehouse, verify the items and their condition
To Succeed, You Will Need:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of related work experience
- Experience and familiarity with shipping/receiving equipment and various systems.
- Skills for technical knowledge of photocopiersrelated machines.
- Good written and oral communication skills to understand technical instructions
- Good selforganizational skills
- Reliable great teammate with adaptability
