    Description
    Our IT Coordinator will Design, maintain, and troubleshoot all technology issues for all departments within our Company. You will be the go-to, to ensure all updates and set ups are conducted properly in a timely fashion.

    You would ensure the company hardware, software, and network systems are always in tip top shape, and staff is up to date on all training requirements to use these programs to their fullest potential.

    You will be responsible for setting up new programs/software?Design procedures for the use of IT resources

    Advise management with the goal of making the appropriate IT decisions and choices, including software and hardware, and obtaining quotes.

    Provide technical support to all employees.
    Design, plan and execute training on the use of systems and networks.
    Install and configure hardware equipment and software programs.
    Monitor and maintain network security, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
    Set up and manage user accounts and permissions.
    Oversee, track and measure system and network performance.
    Work with other IT professionals to ensure upholding IT standards.
    Perform other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned.
    Previous working experience as IT coordinator for 2 years

    In-depth knowledge of a variety of IT systems, databases and applications including Microsoft office, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Quickbooks, WIX, Quicktime, and an understanding of android based POS systems.

    Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration
    Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing complex IT issues.
