EagleView is currently hiring a Technical Trainer to join our team

As a member of the Training & Development Team, the Technical Trainer is responsible for providing training on our applications for our clients through various mediums, including virtually and in-person. While much of your time will be spent delivering training sessions and preparing for each training, you will also be responsible for learning new technologies, coordinating details with clients, and participating in content review. • Deliver virtual instructor led training (planned, custom tailored, and ad-hoc) (40%)

• Deliver on-location instructor led training (planned, custom tailored, and ad-hoc) (20%)

• Create and document new training content for general webinars (5%)

• Provide clients with consultative assistance and suggest best practices for account management (5%)

• Provide customer technical and consultative support for installation, implementation, deployment integration and troubleshooting (5%)

• Work closely with the Training Manager to schedule and coordinate trainings (5%)

• Review new releases of applications, testing for functionality and user experience (5%)

• Assist in creating/updating customer and internal documentation (5%)

• Translate and communicate customer technical and workflow requirements to internal stakeholders (5%)

• Channel customer feedback on existing products for future product development (5%)

• High School Diploma or GED

• Valid Driver's license (required for vehicle rental)

• 21 years of age

• Ability to translate complex concepts for learners at all levels

• Ability to competently address competing tasks and changing expectations

• Strong technical aptitude

• Strong presentation skills

• Ability to travel up to 25% - via plane or car

Preferred Experience:

• College degree in Education or Instructional Design

• At least 1 year of experience with adult learning methodologies, education, or training

• Proficient with Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook

• Experience with GIS software like ArcGIS

• Experience delivering training to clients

• Strong organizational skills

The compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's work experience, education and licenses, work-related training, key skills, the core duties of the role and its associated responsibilities, additional benefits offered, and the location where the work will be performed. This is a full-time Remote position with a compensation range of $21.00 to $26.45 per hour.
