Reporting to the
Team Lead, Solutions Consulting, we are looking for a
Solutions Consultant I within the Revenue Department.

As a Solutions Consultant I, your role is to work with our revenue organization to understand a prospect's technical and business demands, and build an effective solution based on customer requirements and industry best practice.

This role will work closely with Trulioo's Account Executives (AEs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Service Delivery (SVD) to understand a prospect's technical and business demands.

With the knowledge gained from discovery, you will present solutions that meet their unique needs and be responsible for the pre-implementation and evaluation of these solutions.

The Solutions Consultant I will use their knowledge and skills to foster strong relationships with these clients and prospects, ensuring a successful solutioning and evaluation of Trulioo products.

We are looking for technically sound, team-oriented, business savvy, and passionate individuals looking to make an immediate impact in a rapidly growing industry disruptor.

This is a full-time position working on a hybrid model out of our Vancouver headquarters.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Become an expert and contribute to the knowledge of the Trulioo platform, services, and key differentiators
  • Use product knowledge and relevant experience to consult on best practices and offer constructive direction for verification strategy
  • Work with Account Executives to drive the discovery process to uncover customer technical requirements, business needs, and objections
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to own successful design and delivery of proof of concepts and evaluations
  • Contribute to enhancing the teams' mastery through Knowledge Base Articles, FAQs, and other tools

Key Skills:


  • A deep understanding of APIs including knowledge of RESTful principles, API design, authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, API keys, etc.), and data formats (JSON, XML, etc.)
  • Comfortable working both alone and on a team including supporting projects with remote employees in other offices and countries
  • Good understanding of how to translate technical requirements from customer into recommendations using our "Trusted Expert" ethos

Education and Experience:


  • Post-Secondary Degree or combination of desired experience and education
