As part of the
Packaging Artwork team, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to Keurig's base operations, growth and innovation.

Reporting to the Manager of Packaging Artwork Management and Code Creation, your role will be to support all packaging artwork related projects and ongoing operations.

Responsibilities
-
Coordinate Packaging process through all 3 phases: Design, Production Art, Prepress

Work with brand teams to receive all SOWs for each project per timeline & ensure agencies have SOWs to initiate work
Responsible for project tracker and timelines, build and maintain dashboards
Manage graphic art review process
Ensure Artwork files have been transferred to required stakeholders

Central point of contact for Hot/Cold portfolio

Attend Innovation meetings
Lead internal packaging meetings and provide updates on projects and timelines
Key point of contact from: Agency, NPI, SC NPI, PMO. Foster teamwork, collaborate with internal and external customers (suppliers/agencies, etc.), drives escalation and resolution of issues
Liaison for Communication Team on Product Facts website
Liaison for Regulatory Team on Stewardship
One Stop shop for general packaging process questions

Responsible for gathering and maintaining data

Maintain one single source of truth for Template, die line
Store final artwork to DAM or centralized location
Scan Certificate
New UPC and GTIN codes from IMO team
Train or contribute to training of Brand resources at onboarding and on a regular basis

Requirements:

Qualifications:

College degree in Marketing or Project Management
Between 0 to 3 years of relevant experience related to role an asset
Bilingual (EN/FR)
Experience with consumer goods and packaging an asset

Preferred technical knowledge:

Interest in Marketing, Innovation, Project Coordination/Project Management
