Sales Coordinator.



Position Summary/Objective:

As the Sales Coordinator, you are responsible for providing support to the Natural Channel Sales
TEAM. Your main focus will be to assist the National Sales Manager and Territory Managers with administrative tasks. You are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, including the timely resolution of any escalated issues. You are also responsible for helping to identify new opportunities with current and prospective customers.


Primary Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities for the Sales Coordinator include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Demonstrate and uphold Riverside's core values.
  • Takes
    OWNERSHIP to facilitate new item introduction and item maintenance through the accurate and timely completion of listing forms.
  • Assist with the entry and maintenance of customer promotions within internal tracking systems.
  • Assist Territory Manager's with pulling POS data and uploading into internal systems, as needed.
  • Support product launches, sales initiatives, and special programs, as needed.
  • Maintain retailer listing grids and account specific sell sheets for the retail team.
  • Assist Territory Manager's with communicating monthly priorities by account.
  • Liaise with Logistics, Supply Chain and Customer Service on custom orders, as required.
  • Assist, within a team atmosphere, the Territory Managers to support growth initiatives and customer presentations (Virtual on MS Teams or in person).
  • Managing and reviewing the Natural Channel's catalogues and websites for product content, item Images and price change updates.
  • Monitor and record, as a team, retail audits on a quarterly basis for any changes.
  • Manage, maintain, and report on all Distributor's monthly rebate charge backs.
  • Provide support for the Natural Channel team members during holidays and peak times with high activity.
  • Coordination and participation in industry events including customer shows.
  • Keeps the work atmosphere
    FUN by keeping it light and welcoming.
  • General administrative duties, as requested.

Education & Qualifications:


  • 2 years' experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within a Manufacturing or Consumer Packaged Goods environment
  • Completion of a postsecondary degree or diploma in a related field.

Skills & Abilities:


  • Attention to detail with strong analytical, numerical and problemsolving skills.
  • Comfortability in cold calling existing and potential customers, as required.
  • Excellent organizing and time management skills.
  • Strong technical skills; Experience and/or comfort with MS Office, SAP as well as various online platforms.
  • Takes initiative and is
    ADAPTABABLE; able to change course quickly and work well under pressure
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrates
    HUMILITY and
    PASSION in the workplace
