Each Platform Specialist takes on a portfolio that includes safety
- and productivity-enhancing technologies. Examples of these technologies include autonomous haul trucks, remote control heavy machinery, dynamic fleet assignment management, ore blending and surface management technologies, and driver fatigue management solutions.

Job Description:

Lead the management of a product portfolio, developing expertise to deliver effective customer solutions, marketing strategies, and launch plans.
Collaborate with Solutions Architects and other team members to develop tailored solutions, including comprehensive estimates.
Build strong relationships with Caterpillar representatives and Finning partners to ensure successful outcomes for customers.
Conduct detailed analysis to ensure compatibility of solutions with customer equipment and site requirements.
Engage with Finning customers through product demonstrations and presentations.
Travel to customer sites to promote solution adoption, measure success, and provide support.
Perform gap analyses and equipment assessments to identify appropriate solutions and evaluate postimplementation results.
Develop content for internal and external audiences, including whitepapers, presentations, and testimonials.
Collaborate with Technology Field technicians at Finning branches and customer locations to support physical installs.

Qualifications:

Postsecondary education in a relevant field which may include Engineering, Technology, or Project Management.
At least three years of experience working in a mining, construction, or technologyrelated field.
Experience working directly with customers, preferably business customers.
Fluency in English language required; proficiency or fluency in Spanish language is an asset.
Project management and change management experience is an asset but not mandatory.
Familiarity with IP Networks, wireless networks, SCADA networks, and GPS/GNSS Systems is an asset but not mandatory.
