JOB SUMMARY:

As a member of the Abbotsford Plant Administration team, the incumbent is responsible for a wide variety of administrative and planning duties of Saputo's Abbotsford facility.

This position reports directly to the Supervisor, Admin.

How you will make contributions that matter...

Conduct daily and monthly inventory counts.
Perform daily data entry.
Receive inbound shipments.
Maintain inventory and supply orders for the office and plant floor.
Record, validate, maintain accurate record of inventory and archive documents.
Schedule pickups, drop offs and carriers as assigned.
Provide vacation coverage for A/P Clerk
Perform other duties as required.

You are best suited for the role if you

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, outlook.
Familiar with ERP system, preferable "Maestro and/or AS400"
Strong keyboarding skills with speed and accuracy in data entry.
Able to adhere to strict weekly and monthly deadlines.
Ability to communicate and interact effectively with people from all organizational levels.
Detail oriented, well organized with a demonstrated ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Moderate lifting required for putting away inventories/cultures and month end counts.
