The Role
This position is full-time in the Ottawa office


What You'll Do

  • Install, support and test Windows laptops and MacOS MacBooks
  • Analyze and troubleshoot desktop and infrastructure questions and issues
  • Maintain installation and configuration procedures
  • Create instructional documentation

What You'll Bring

  • Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, and PowerShell
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance
  • Cisco certifications, Microsoft certifications or similar training
  • Ability to work in the office Monday through Friday with flexibility to work from home when required

  • An effective listener capable of quickly understanding the requirements
  • Patience while multitasking, customer service and focus
  • Selfstarter with excellent communication skills, both oral and written

The computing environment includes.

  • Intel servers and fiber channel storage
  • Cisco, Palo Alto, and Meraki networking, and multiple VPNs
  • VMware vSphere, Fusion, Workstation and RedHat Linux
  • Active Directory, Multi-Factor Authentication, DNS, and DHCP Services
