Summary
Reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager, the Procurement Coordinator will be responsible to assist with activities surrounding the procurement of IT Goods and Services across North America, with a focus on administering contract intake, managing the execution process, and data entry.

Responsibilities:
- Filter and administer contract intake requests from IT leads and project managers based on risk level. Escalate as needed.
- Work with internal clients, supplier and legal to process contract renewals and modify drafts as required.
- Facilitate the execution process of IT agreements.
- Enter data and manage documentation within multiple systems.
- Assist in process improvements and procedure optimizations.
- Safeguard, and ensure adherence to, all company procurement processes and policies.
- Provide high level of customer service and daily support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Convert purchase requisitions to purchase orders, as needed.
- Assist in other daytoday Procurement tasks as required.
Requirements:
- A minimum of two (2) years of work experience in IT, Procurement or related field.
- Completion of an Undergraduate Degree in IT, Supply-Chain, Business Administration or other related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to change.
- Strong understanding of fullcycle procure to pay process & previous experience using an ERP system (IFS considered an asset).
- Detailed oriented with strong accuracy skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently within a team environment
- Positive, proactive approach to enhancing procurement methods and company practices
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
