We are currently seeking highly skilled and dedicated Residential Maintenance to join our team at our residential properties located in:

- St Leonard
- Côte Saint-Luc
- Hampstead
- Côte-Des-Neiges-NDG
- Ville St-Laurent

As a Residential Maintenance, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our residential property. This is a live-in position, and accommodation will be provided on-site.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plumbing and Electrical Repairs: Perform routine and emergency plumbing and electrical repairs within the residential property.
- Painting Common Areas: Maintain the aesthetic appeal of the property by participating in painting and touching up projects.
- Maintenance Inspections: Perform regular inspections of the property to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly. This includes checking for leaks, malfunctioning equipment, damaged fixtures, and any potential safety hazards.
- Maintenance Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including work orders, repairs completed, materials used, and any additional relevant information. Keep track of inventory and report any shortages or required restocking.
- Respond to Tenant Requests: Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and repair requests promptly and professionally. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Preventive Maintenance: Assist in implementing and maintaining a preventive maintenance program to ensure the longevity and functionality of building systems, equipment, and appliances. Perform regular inspections and adjustments as necessary.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including but not limited to wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary. Report any safety concerns or hazards to the appropriate supervisor or management.
- Cleaning: Conduct regular cleaning of common areas, including but not limited to hallways, elevators, laundry rooms, and other communal spaces. Maintain cleanliness standards by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and removing garbage as required. After-Hours Emergencies: Responding to after-hours emergencies at the property as required.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in plumbing, electrical repairs, and general maintenance.
- Knowledge of building systems, equipment, and tools related to plumbing, electrical work, and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license is an asset.
- Fluent in English and French.

Cela inclut la recherche de fuites, le contrôle des équipements défaillants, la réparation des installations endommagées et la détection de tout danger potentiel pour la sécurité.
- Tenue de dossiers d'entretien : Maintenir des dossiers précis de toutes les activités d'entretien et de réparation, y compris les ordres de travail, les réparations effectuées, les matériaux utilisés et toute autre information pertinente. Suivre l'inventaire et signaler toute insuffisance ou nécessité de réapprovisionnement.
- Répondre aux demandes des locataires : Traiter rapidement et professionnellement les questions, préoccupations et demandes de réparation des locataires. Fournir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel et assurer la satisfaction des locataires.
