The working schedule is
Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (35 hours per week). Until further notice, the role will be performed in a hybrid model, combining four days on-campus and one day working remotely.

SUMMARY:
The Admissions Officer is responsible for performing a broad range of organizational and administrative tasks within the Admissions Department.
This position works closely with the Admissions Assistants, Recruiters, Admissions Manager, and the Director of Recruitment, Admissions and Marketing (R.A.M) to establish work priorities and workflow for the department.
The Admissions Officer reports to the Admissions Manager.Key Responsibilities
- Respond to calls and written enquiries from students, parents and representatives regarding admissionsrelated matters.
- Provide information to and advise potential students regarding the College's admissions standards and procedures.
Verify standardized English examination results, National Examination Results from certain countries for admissions purposes.
- Update and supervise the production of letters of acceptance as required.
- Collaborate with other departments at the College to ensure a smooth transition for new students.
- Undertake additional admissions department administrative tasks as required.
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
- A minimum of three years experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
- Ability to effectively use information technology such as word processors, spreadsheets, databases, web authoring, Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven and effective administrative skills
- Familiarity with the international education sector in Canada and other countries
- Ability to actively engage with a broad range of demographics
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Intercultural communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a team
- Ability to work well with little supervision
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse group of employees, students, and the general public
- Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail, especially when working under pressure to meet deadlines

- A high degree of professionalism, tact and maturity
