The Role:_

The Responsibilities:_
- Responsible for entering orders, handling returns and warranty items, and conducting stock checks; processes payment for sold items
- Responsible for followups and timely completion of quotations, openorders and backorders
- Relays order status to customers or the status of credits and warranty claims
- Responds to customer inquiries on installation, troubleshooting, appropriate adjacent equipment, etc.; works with product manufacturers to provide customers with an answer or solution
- Maintains the CRM database, customer order records, and associated documentation
- Greets visitors in a polite, welcoming manner and directs them as needed
- Responsible for supporting the customer service members and assisting the shipping and receiving department
The Skills and Qualifications:_
years of demonstrated customer service experience in a similar role
- Proactive, resourceful, and enthusiastic team focused attitude
- Tactful communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to effectively manage time, priorities, and customer workload in a fast paced environment
- Previous experience in Plumbing or Construction and CRM considered an asset
