The Role:_

The Responsibilities:_

  • Responsible for entering orders, handling returns and warranty items, and conducting stock checks; processes payment for sold items
  • Responsible for followups and timely completion of quotations, openorders and backorders
  • Relays order status to customers or the status of credits and warranty claims
  • Responds to customer inquiries on installation, troubleshooting, appropriate adjacent equipment, etc.; works with product manufacturers to provide customers with an answer or solution
  • Maintains the CRM database, customer order records, and associated documentation
  • Greets visitors in a polite, welcoming manner and directs them as needed
  • Responsible for supporting the customer service members and assisting the shipping and receiving department

The Skills and Qualifications:_

  • 1 year of demonstrated customer service experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience with CRM considered an asset
  • Proactive, resourceful, and enthusiastic team focused attitude
  • Tactful communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to effectively manage time, priorities, and customer workload in a fast paced environment
