- Provide member and guest service in person and by phone including inquiries, booking tee times, and issue resolution within role scope
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of retail _and_service standards_to align with events_and_member demand_
- Assist with preparation for key events _and_peak periods_including signage_product staging_gift_or_prize set ups,_and_operational readiness checklists_
