What We're Looking For :

This is an opportunity for a highly motivated Graphic Designer to join our team to create and manage digital and print designs, develop storyboards, design animation assets and animate videos for our marketing needs. We are looking for someone who is a designer first with a keen eye for typography and layout, plus a creative flair and ability to challenge the status quo.

To be successful in this role, you should have passion for graphic design, knowledge of graphic design styles and techniques, a great understanding creative approach to problem-solving. You will include manage all assigned graphic design tasks, refine projects and drafts, and consistently generate creative ideas. You should also have experience designing for marketing campaigns and general knowledge about marketing best practices. You will ensure that the Creative Services team promotes the vision of the company through the production of on brand high-quality content. You should demonstrate a high level of proficiency in graphic design using the industry standard design applications. It is expected that you will have knowledge of printing procedures, illustration and strong verbal and written communications. What You'll Do

• Designing new and edit existing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics
• Managing your design tasks from conception to delivery
• Generating fresh concepts based on SOTI's branding standards
• Ensuring our established branding is consistent throughout various marketing projects
• Work with the creative team to grow SOTI's capabilities for creating digital content using design applications and added any skills like animation or video including redesigning/repurposing print media for use in a digital environment
• Conceptualize and develop 2D animated graphics for corporate videos, presentations, animation, digital signage, and immersive space
• Develop graphics which will be incorporated in video, animation, and various media
• Continuously enhance design skills, knowledge of design industry trends, and remain current with technological advancements within the creative industry
• Consistently drive and contribute to the overall creative acumen and growth of the creative team
• Must be adept at juggling multiple deadlines, time management for themselves and others and working independently

Experience You'll Bring

• Graphic Design Diploma or Degree
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Outstanding online graphic design portfolio with exceptional graphic motion and editing ability
• Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design principles, usability testing, and proficiency in relevant design tools
• Passion for creating breakthrough visual and creative campaign
• Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and colour theory
• Expert with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator and in general Adobe Creative Cloud of design applications
• Knowledge and awareness of current design trends and the ability to work within brand guidelines
• Excellent presentation skills and willingness to lean in and receive constructive feedback
• Ability to meet deadlines and successfully collaborate within the multifunctional and global team
• Applicants that do not provide a portfolio of relevant work will not be considered
• Understanding of web design concepts and front-end development
• Experience with motion graphics
• Some experience with 3D Animation

Extra Consideration will be given for these skill sets and interests:

• Demonstrated ability to work successfully under pressure and consider revisions from internal stakeholders/clients with the goal of creating an effective product
• Must be able to complete assignments with minimal supervision before set deadlines, while at the same time keeping the team leadership fully informed of all project developments from stakeholders.
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final designs
• Keeping assigned tasks updated via Asana (our project management tool)
• Collaborating and maintaining relationships with the creative team, marketing team and SOTI internal stakeholders to ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
