Reporting to the Director, Quality Management Services, you will be responsible to plan, direct and coordinate all curriculum related to training needs within the division as well as developing best in class coaching methodology for the operation of learning, development, and coaching to achieve identified results within the context of the divisional operational plan and WorkSafeNB's strategic plan.

You will improve productivity, performance, and efficiency, while ensuring quality control.

You will also effectively develop a high performing team that delivers superior job specific on-boarding training, job specific workshops and technical coaching support to our frontline operations.
