Business Systems Analyst – CHA Learning - Ottawa, Canada - HealthCareCAN

    Default job background
    Description

CHA Learning , the professional development division of HealthCareCAN, is looking for a dynamic Business Systems Analyst to join our passionate and high-performing learning team and support our business intelligence needs and the administration of our student information system.

HealthCareCAN provides voice and representation for Canada's healthcare organizations and research institutes – as the professional development division, CHA Learning, uniquely develops and delivers online education to Canada's healthcare professionals. With an existing reach of over 1500 learners a year, and growing fast, the Analyst plays a lead role in ensuring our learning systems are used to maximize CHA Learning's business and service delivery.

At the heart of these learning systems is our Student Information System (Destiny One) which is integrated with our Learning Management System (Brightspace). Reporting to the Manager, Operations and Student Success, the Analyst ensures these systems are technically configured to deliver an integrated experience to our students, faculty and clients and that the data and reports they produce support CHA Learning's operational excellence.

The Analyst is the "go-to-person" for administration, support and training for the CHA Learning Student Information System, working with the internal team and other system users on a daily basis. The Analyst understands the importance of data accuracy and reliability to support our reporting requirements for our business operations and planning and is skilled at using systems and tools like Excel/Power BI/Query to transform this data into relevant business information.

If you're a highly engaged, creative, energetic, and passionate Analyst, with a sense of humour – then you are a great fit for our team who likes to have fun while making a difference to the professional development of healthcare professionals who care for us all.
