REPORTS TO:
Store Manager

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Assistant Manager (AM) is responsible to assist the Store Manager in making their location a fun and exciting environment for all guests and team members.

The AM must lead the staff team by example and provide outstanding service to all guests.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty
Resolve guest challenges and concerns effectively
Identify and remedy any Health & Safety issues
POS and Cash management including staff supervision, reports and banking
Sell, Book, Manage and Host Parties and Group Events
Repair of minor maintenance items
Ensure compliance to all policies and procedures by all team members
Assist the Store Manager to prepare and manage the weekly Staff Schedule
Assist the Store Manager to prepare the payroll reports
The AM shall lead by example and actively work together with staff to ensure the facilities are clean and well maintained at all times
Other duties as may be assigned by the Store Manager
A passion for outstanding guest service with an outgoing, friendly and upbeat personality
Demonstrated team leadership qualities
Operational management experience
Strong customer service, problemsolving and mediation skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to multitask in busy operational situations
Current certification in basic First Aid, CPR, and HCS
