What you'll do*We are a hybrid office, with team member working from home and in the office.

Your responsibilities*- Assist in selecting and implementing Business Intelligence systems to create consistency in data availability and reporting

Work with business stakeholders to identify and define key performance indicators and metrics to support business growth
Extract and analyse large sets of data from various sources and bring it into the Business Intelligence system to allow easy access and analysis
Create and maintain data visualisation dashboards and reports to allow everyone in the business to have latest data in an actionable format
Identify trends and patterns in data to support efficient and datadriven decisionmaking
Collaborate with the data team located in Bangalore and Vancouver and other departments to ensure data integrity and accuracy
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3+ years of experience in a business intelligence or data analysis role
Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
Experience with data visualisation and dashboard design
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Bonus points

Experience with marketing and sales funnels and directtoconsumer adoption and growth metrics
