Description

Oneida New Holland, Caledonia location is seeking a parts counter person to support our current team of parts people and supporting our customers.


This position is responsible for:

  • Sourcing and sales of all parts and accessories to existing and prospective customers through exceptional service
  • Generating quotes and completing orders as per customer requests.
  • Answering and making sales calls as needed.
  • Loading and unloading parts deliveries
  • Checking all load related documents to ensure shipments are complete and accurate
  • Receiving parts from various suppliers, putting parts back into stock and allocating on work orders.
  • Maintaining retail sales floor to meet dealership standards and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Perform parts pickup and delivery as needed by parts or service department
  • Keep up to date on current manufacturer training as needed.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5 years previous experience in similar position with a high degree of product knowledge is preferred.
  • Willing to train the right individual if no previous experience in this position.
  • Must be a team player with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and fellow coworkers.
  • Knowledge of Agriculture is a must
  • Must possess good written and strong verbal communication skills
  • Able to work flexible and extended hours
  • Must have valid G license
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
