Description

The position is responsible for planning and managing all aspects of a project including, but not limited to, scope, execution, and budget, quality and timing.

This role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and execute projects from initiation to completion using End to End Commercialization process.
  • Lead customer trials and plan start up productions for commercialization projects ensuring "Right First Time" execution.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including kickoff meetings, project meetings, risk assessments, lessons learned, postlaunch reviews, and other necessary meetings.
  • Manage risks and timelines throughout project lifecycle while monitoring project progress and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including R&D, Engineering, Quality, Operations, Production and Supply Chain to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Execute PMO guidelines, methodologies and framework during project execution.
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.

Job Specifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is preferred and an asset.
  • 58 years of Project Management or related experience
