Regional Maintenance Manager - Residential Division

Location: 8501 Mississauga Rd, Brampton, travel requires across Brampton/Mississauga


Position Type:
Full-Time


Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and coordinate all maintenance efforts across multiple properties.
  • Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and resolve issues.
  • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations.
  • Coordinate with the property management team to ensure properties are ready for occupancy.
  • Manage budget and ensure costeffectiveness.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of general maintenance processes and methods.
  • Experience working with tools, including hand and electrical tools.
  • Ability to read and understand complex electrical, mechanical and automation systems.
  • Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations.
