Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating the academic appeals for students
  • Providing support in the coordination of key college events such as convocation
  • Coordinating the administrative components of the academic misconduct procedure
  • Regularly communicating with applicants, students, the public, and college staff to answer questions about enrolments, statistics or policy
  • Assists the Registrar in preparing enrolment and financial reports including budget activities
  • Preparing and assembling materials for committees and meetings including strategic enrolment management activities
  • Acts as an assistant for various college ad hoc committees including Fee Protocol
  • Assists the full Enrolment Services management team in effective operations of the department

Qualifications:


  • Minimum two (2) year diploma in Office Administration, Business Administration or similar field of study
  • Minimum three (3) years experience in office administration in an office management capacity or analyst capacity
  • Demonstrated organizational, problem solving and prioritizing skills
  • Proven abilities in working independently, exercising initiative and good judgement, showing sensitivity and confidentiality in dealing with college staff, students, and the general public
  • Strong customer service and public relations skills
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Experience with PeopleSoft is considered an asset
