    Turnabout is seeking a F/T Retail Sales Supervisor
    ~ Full-time, Permanent
    ~ Extended Health Benefit after 6 months of continuous employment for full-time (over 37.Supervise and coordinate sales staff's activities
    Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules
    Resolve issues that may occur, including customer requests or complaints
    Maintain specified inventory and prepare reports regarding sales volumes
    Train new sales staff and monitor their performance
    Ensure the visual standards of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage, and cleanliness
    Experience: 1~2 years of experience in retail sales or cashier experience are required
