Dropship Channel Lead
RESPONSIBILITIES
Dropship merchant management
- Assortment planning for dropship and quickship catalog
- Demand planning for dropship and quickship catalog
- Build and manage client relationships with key retail partners
- Collaborate with Marketing to promote dropship and quickship program
- Management of endtoend dropship service delivery
- Inventory management and new SKU setup
- Management and analysis of margin performance
- Maker communication, compliance, and testing management
- Collaborate with the data team to perform weekly, monthly, quarterly analyses of sales data and provide the team with key insights to help drive increased conversion
- Partner with digital merchandiser and marketing to build calendar with relevant seasonal buying stories and market trends
- Perform market analysis, and analyze industry trends to identify emerging trends and white space opportunities
- Lead endofseason hindsight analysis and prepare recommendations for future seasons based on findings
ABOUT YOU
- Possess strong curatorial design eye for product and understand market trends
- Interest in social impact and design for good
- Familiarity with a startup environment and being comfortable with quick pivots to reflect the needs of the business
- A love of product and a high level of curiosity and enthusiasm for digital, product and cultural trends
- Self starter and ability to work remotely with a cross functional team in a high paced environment, across multiple time zones
- Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Qualifications:
- Experience in a merchandising role with a strong understanding of business communication strategy
- Relevant work experience required in eCommerce and dropship services.
- Strong in web site interaction, eCommerce marketplace platforms.
- Familiarity of multivendor retailing is a bonus.
- Confident building demand planning models
- Experience working with SPS or other similar EDI solutions a plus
- Experience working with DEAR or other similar inventory management systems a plus
- Ability to run complex analysis in Excel, knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI or similar is a bonus
_Working Hours as a Global Citizen at PBP_
We're a global company with team members in Canada, Kenya, India, the USA, Türkiye, Mexico, UK, South Africa, and Colombia.
You will be working with teams across multiple time zones so we expect you to work within your standard time zone working hours, but be available from time to time for team meetings that may fall outside of your regular working hours.
