Principal Cost Controller

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the overall cost analysis activities on one or more major complex projects; assuming responsibility for preparation, quality and accuracy of project cost reports;
Establish liaison with project management and clients on all matters relating to cost control; making periodic site visits to verify field cost reporting.
Assigning and reviewing work of subordinate cost analysis staff.
Works with selfinitiated interaction with supervisor and selfinitiated technical guidance.
Reviews work for technical accuracy and adequacy.
Plans, controls & reports on project work.
May have direct reports and provide guidance and mentorship to more junior team members.
Proactively sets priorities related to complex situations having multiproject and/or organizational impact.
Experience in integrated cost control Software and tools, Ecosys experience is preferred.

What you will bring

Technical and Industry Experience:

University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
Typically, 10+ years relevant experience. Recognized as a specialist, providing consultation to others.
