    Responsibilities

    :
  • Design and manage an original method for primary research
  • Consistently consider ways of sharing consumer, cultural, and industry insights that are directly relevant for my client accounts in an ongoing way
  • Lead the planning and facilitation of workshops with supervision
  • Synthesize complex information into a winning strategy that tells a compelling story
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure the consistent delivery of excellence in all agency output from my accounts
  • Actively seek to build upon existing creative in reviews while ensuring strategic soundness of the work throughout the project
  • Give your direct peers warm and honest feedback
  • Build & maintain relationships with account and creative teams
  • What you bring to the table.

  • 5+ years of experience in Advertising in a Strategy or brand manager role in an Agency environment
  • Have a solid understanding of agency and creative processes – and how strategy fits into it
  • Know what is important to your colleagues to fulfill their role in the end-to-end process
  • Proactively packages insights and quantitative/qualitative research data to deliver valuable marketing intelligence to clients
  • The ability to help unlock business insights, enable marketing decisions and drive value for our clients.
  • A strong consumer mindset with a knack for linear and lateral thinking
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, problem solve, and be persuasive
  • A strong understanding of the agency creative process, and ability to manage client and internal relationships in a fast-paced environment
  • An advanced understanding of integrated marketing and communication principles
  • Experience working within heavily regulated industries (i.e. Lottery, Cannabis, Finance, etc.) and/or working on consumer retail brands is an asset but not required.
