Description
We are looking for Service Desk Support Analyst L1 for the largest automotive marketplace in Canada.


As a Service Desk Analyst, you will provide support to the internal team at Trader Company for all IT service restorations and requests.

You must provide exceptional customer service within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and collaborate with other teams to resolve larger and escalated issues.


Responsibilities:


  • Deliver and provide white glove support to endusers in the office and remote.
  • Prioritize and manage service support requests in line with expected service levels targets.
  • Monitor and update the service delivery system for assigned tickets and assigned locations.
  • Prepare and provide support documentations, including procedural documentation when required.
  • Provide Training in some situation as required to the endusers.
  • Manage end user devices, setup of laptops and mobile devices.
  • Promote and adhere to departmental and security policies standards and procedures.
  • Strive for excellent customer service in line with the company values and expectations.
Experience and skills

  • A college diploma or degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • Ability to support MS Windows, Apple, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, including laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Knowledge of network printer installation, setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of virtualization technology.
  • Excellent understanding in Microsoft products, including Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Exposure to MS Teams Meetings and Communications.
  • A good understanding of Windows Active Directory User, and Office 365 Admin.
  • Exposure to IT service management and delivery systems.
  • Strong customer focus skills with attention to details with the ability to communicate to nontechnical user.
