    Description
    The Childcare Lead will be responsible for the leadership, supervision, and administration of their specific programs.

    Team Leads will have opportunities to work collaboratively together and with the child care coordinator and manager to explore and implement innovative programming.

    Current BC ECE License and First Aid
    Minimum 3 years experience working in a licensed childcare facility in a leadership role.
    Leads the staff team to plan, evaluate, and implement daily activities in line with MNH philosophy that support and promote the development of the whole child
    Knowledge of the BC Early Learning Framework and CCLR
    Strength in building and maintaining supportive and collaborative partnerships with families
    Current BC ECE License and First Aid
