What You Will Do
- Client Account Coordination: Act as a client account coordinator and communication liaison between project stakeholders to ensure client engagement. Provide support for proposal development.
- Quality Control Support: Assist in monitoring project deliverables for quality and compliance with project requirements and performing quality checks as needed. Track project issues and escalate to the project manager for resolution.
- Budget Tracking: Assist in tracking project expenses, monitoring budgets, and preparing financial reports to ensure project costs are within budgetary constraints.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain project documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence, ensuring they are accessible and uptodate.
- Resource and
Scheduling Coordination:
Coordinate project resources, schedules, and track and monitor deadlines to support project activities.
- Administrative Support: Plan and coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes. Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- A postsecondary degree or diploma in business or administration or combination of experience and education will be considered.
- A minimum of five years of administration experience in a consulting, construction, or consulting service company is preferred.
- Demonstrated competency in the following areas is required: detail orientated, organization and time management, customer relations, Microsoft Office Suite, and Project Management software.

Job Types:

Salary:
$60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
