Responsibilities

  • Assist the Location Manager in managing the operations of the immersive experiences, supporting a worldclass guest experience.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with crossfunctional teams including sales, marketing, and creative to meet operational requirements.
  • Support in the hiring, training, and management of a team of 30+ parttime employees.
  • Maximize employee productivity and ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and established best practices.
  • Work with the team to resolve guest concerns and feedback, practicing continuous improvement.
  • Encourage excellent customer service among employees through a lead by example approach.
  • Help facilitate a resultsdriven culture.
  • Aid in the management of inventory and supplies, reporting any needed equipment to the Location Manager.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Excellent teambuilding and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong conflict resolution and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Customer serviceoriented mindset.
  • Experience or education in hospitality or business is considered an asset.
  • Flexible availability to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
$25.00 per hour
