As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative with automotive dealership experience to join our team.


Position Overview:


As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales growth by generating qualified leads within the automotive dealership sector.

Your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with potential clients, nurture relationships, and qualify prospects for our outside sales representatives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to automotive dealerships to identify decisionmakers and introduce our products/services.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule appointments for outside sales representatives.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through diligent prospecting and followup.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage lead interactions, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience working in automotive dealerships is essential.
  • Proven track record in sales development or telemarketing, preferably in a B2B environment. Dealership experience as a Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, or Assistant Parts or Service Manager.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively over the phone.
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
