  • We at Connect Hearing, are looking for an Operations Training Specialist to come join the team in a Remote + Travel opportunity based out of Vancouver, Canada

Working Location:

Remote + Onsite Travel Required
Reporting to: Communication & Training Manager
Position Summary:

  • The Operations Specialist supports the Communication & Training Manager with on-site, in person training for our newly acquired clinics, supporting the learning content delivery to these groups.
  • When not delivering training to newly acquired clinics, this role helps support various operational training initiatives for our existing national clinic network.

What you would be doing:


  • Building content within our Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Creating training content for a variety of delivery mediums including textbased documents (PDF, PowerPoint, Word, etc.), Video, and Articulate Storyline 360
  • Model and promote high professional and ethical standards
  • Assisting in development and implementation of business initiatives and special projects
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

What you need:


  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, focus on adult education is an asset
  • Ability to travel throughout Canada several times a year and maintain energy levels during lengthy training sessions (Travel could include some weekends)
  • Superior professionalism, judgement and resourcefulness in solving problems
  • Strong relationship building and people skills with an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude
  • Retail healthcare experience and familiarity with basic web design technologies is considered an asset
